Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix filling and let set while making crust.
    Roll enough graham crackers to make 2 cups or use package crumbs.
    Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter.
    Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan to form a crust or you can make 2 pies by using regular pie pans.
    Cream until smooth the softened cream cheese and blend eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour into crust and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Chill pie completely before adding the topping.
