Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    margarine
    garlic salt
    3 to 4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in chunks
    1 pkg. smoked sausage, cut in chunks
    1 large can tomatoes
    water
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    In 3-quart pan, saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine and garlic salt until tender.
    Add chicken and sausage. Cook until done, approximately 30 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and water to fill pan.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Season to taste.
    Remove from heat.
    Add rice.
    Serve with salsa or plain.
