Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    green pepper
    1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Grease casserole.
    Place a layer of potatoes, then layer of cheese.
    Alternate, ending with cheese.
    Can top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
