Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) frozen pkg.
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
    thyme to taste
    1 oz. shredded cheese (about 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring broccoli, celery, onion and broth to a boil; cover and simmer 8 minutes.
