Diet Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. honey
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
