Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In skillet, heat 1/2 oil to 400\u00b0.
    In bowl with fork, stir oil and all ingredients until blended.
    Drop batter into hot oil.
    Fry 4 minutes until browned, turning once.
    With slotted spoon, remove to paper towels.
    Drain.
    Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
