Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 can Thank You blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O together in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Gradually stir into pie filling.
Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Chill until firm.
Fold sugar into sour cream just until blended.
Spread over Jell-O mixture.
Chill until serving time.
Cut into squares.
Garnish with thin strips of lemon peel.
