Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 1/2 lb. sausage (hot)
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Place bread in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Brown sausage. Drain off excess fat.
Spread over bread.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on sausage.
Mix together half and half, milk, eggs, salt and dash of pepper.
Beat well.
Pour over layers of cheese, sausage and bread.
Let set in the refrigerator overnight.
Set out 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
