Baked Squirrel - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk or cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms

Preparation

Section squirrel and flour.
Brown in skillet.
Place in covered baking dish.
Cover squirrel with ingredients.
Bake until tender.
