Cornflake Topped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed (shredded kind works best)
1 large onion, finely diced
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together above ingredients.
Spread in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Mix 2 cups crushed cornflakes to 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
