Markham'S Baked Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole round Brie cheese, room temperature
    1 pkg. pesto sauce
    1 to 2 loaves French bread
Preparation
    Smear pesto sauce in a circle roughly the same size as the Brie, on an oven-safe baking dish.
    I use a quiche pan, slightly larger then the Brie round.
    Place the uncut Brie round on top of the pesto sauce.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve immediately with torn pieces of French bread.
    When cut open, the Brie will be runny and hot.
