Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 egg
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
