Pineapple Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. softened butter
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Spread 1 cup crumbs in a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into crumb-lined pan.
    Whip cream until stiff.
    Fold in pineapple and nuts.
    Spread over other mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate several hours.
