Custard Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice, uncooked (or use leftover cooked rice)
    nutmeg
    salt
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    raisins
Preparation
    Put rice if uncooked in double boiler with water to cover. Boil 25 minutes.
    Strain. Put rice in baking dish.
    Add eggs beaten with sugar, salt, milk and raisins.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
