Willard Scott'S Favorite Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 bottles red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour batter into 3 pans.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    When layers are cool, ice.
