Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 strips bacon, cut up in little pieces and fried crisp
1 lb. round steak, cut in strips and simmered until tender
1 pkg. onion soup mix
mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix together; heat through.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
