Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 (5 oz.) glasses Old English cheese
1 small pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; whip.
Set in refrigerator until formable, about 2 hours.
Mix together 1 cup finely chopped pecans and 1 cup parsley flakes.
Shape cheese into balls and roll in pecan and parsley mixture.
