Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour
    into one deep dish pie crust. Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This will make 8 tart shell pies.
