Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak or Swiss steak
    flour
    vegetable oil
    salt
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
    Coat both sides with flour.
    Brown in oil.
    When browned on both sides, place pieces in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add salt.
    Drain mushrooms and sprinkle over meat.
    Prepare very thin water gravy with oil and flour.
    Heat unti boiling.
    Pour over steak and mushrooms.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325\u00b0. Gravy will thicken while cooking.
