Souper Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. ground beef
    4 c. small bread cubes
    4 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans condensed tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. drippings
    2 Tbsp. horseradish (prepared; optional)
Preparation
    Combine meat and bread.
    Blend 1 1/2 cans of soup, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
    Add to meat; mix thoroughly.
    Shape firmly into 2 loaves.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    In saucepan, combine remaining soup, drippings and horseradish.
    Heat, stirring now and then.
    Serve over meat loaf.
    Makes about 25 servings of 4 1/2 ounces.
