Pumpkin-Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. pumpkin
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in separate bowl.
    Mix flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda and salt and add to egg mixture; blend well.
    Add cranberry sauce and stir gently.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool. Serve and enjoy!
