Wine Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. red currant jelly
    1/2 c. ruby Port wine
    1 Tbsp. orange zest
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. finely chopped shallots
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put in saucepan and stir until jelly is melted.
    Take off heat; let stand for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
    (I would make double.)
