Edna'S Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, chopped or ground
2 small onions
2 c. Wheaties or Shredded Wheat
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry or regular mustard
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (if desired)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or catsup
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Mix all together and bake in oven set at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Serves 6 to 8.
