Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. margarine
1 box white cake mix
Preparation

Spread rhubarb in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and Jell-O.
Add water.
Sprinkle cake mix over all.
Pour melted margarine over all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
