Smoked Venison Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 lb. venison roast
1/2 c. salt
4 Tbsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. red pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Wash venison carefully and trim any fat or cartilage.
Make small slits in meat with knife, about 2-inches apart and 1-inch deep, all over roast.
