Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box brown sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate or butterscotch chips (mini)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar and 1 egg at a time.
    Add flour, vanilla and remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
