Tomato, Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 (6.9 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with basil.
    In large skillet, melt margarine over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken.
    Cook 2 minutes on each side.
    Remove from skillet, reserving drippings.
    In same skillet, saute Rice-A-Roni as package directs.
    Add 2 1/2 cups water, special seasonings and chicken.
    Bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover; let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
