Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cans tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In hot oil in a heavy saucepan (use your large spaghetti pot), brown garlic and beef.
    Cook and stir until crumbly, about like spaghetti.
    Add salt, pepper, sweet basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese and tomato paste blended with hot water.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
