Squash Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked, mashed squash
    1 c. self-rising flour
    hot salad oil
Preparation
    Mix first seven ingredients.
    Stir in flour.
    Fry pancakes in hot oil, turning to brown on both sides.
