Never Fail Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    tart jelly
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
    Add sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Sift small amount of flour over egg mixture; fold in.
    Continue until all flour is used.
    Add vanilla.
    Line jelly roll pan with wax paper (bottom and sides).
    Pour in batter; spread evenly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 13 minutes.
    Remove cake to a damp cloth; spread on jelly and roll.
    Trim ends.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
