Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. prime stew beef
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 to 1 c. red wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and place in casserole.
    Pour mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle with onion soup and wine. Bake in 225\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
