Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can broth, reserved from cooking chicken
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 small onion, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Pour into a large mixing bowl.
    Add stuffing mix to butter and can of broth, mixing well.
    In bottom of casserole layer chicken.
    Mix both cans of soup and pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with onion (optional). Layer stuffing mix on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
