Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet potatoes (4 medium), cooked or 1 can
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. dark or light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
juice from 1 small orange or 2 tsp. orange juice concentrate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Skin and split cooked potatoes. Arrange in casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Pour syrup and orange juice over potatoes and dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes.
