Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanut butter
    13 lg. marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine margarine, evaporated milk and sugar together in a pot.
    Heat over med. high heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Once mixture starts to boil, stir constantly for 5 minutes.
    Check to make sure mixture forms soft ball stage. Remove mixture from stove.
    Add vanilla, peanut butter and marshmallows.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
