Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cubed beef
    2 large onions, sliced
    4 large carrots, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. wine
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    5 stalks celery and greens, chopped
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Mazola
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a covered roaster.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Keep covered until done.
