Chicken Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken tenders, cut bite size
    1 jar picante sauce (may use salsa)
    1 block Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In skillet, cook chicken in oil until browned.
    Add jar of picante to chicken.
    Slowly add chunks of Velveeta.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
