Spin Fin Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fish filet (thin)
1 10-oz. frozen spinach
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation

Thaw spinach in microwave. layer filets flat with inside up. Salt and pepper generously.
Squeeze juice from spinach and place small amount in center of each filet.
Roll and secure with toothpick.
Place in Pam coated baking dish.
Place 1 Tbsp.
Hidden Valley ranch dressing on top of each filet.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove foil.
Brown under broiler.
