Potato Soup(Modern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 slices onion
    cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    celery stalks
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water with salt.
    When soft, run through strainer.
    Boil milk with onions; remove onions and add milk slowly to potatoes, mixing well with whisk. Melt half the butter.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed, then add to soup.
    Boil 1 minute; add remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley.
    Thin with hot milk, if desired.
