Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chili without beans
2 small cans Mexicorn
Fritos or tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) jar green chili salsa (mild to hot)
dash of cayenne pepper (if you like it hot)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation

Spread one can each of chili and corn over bottom of 8-inch square cooking pan or casserole dish.
Spread half the chili salsa and half the sour cream over this.
Use cayenne pepper next if you like it hot.
Cover with a layer of Fritos or tortilla chips. Repeat this with a second layer exactly the same.
Cover dish with Fritos or tortilla chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, until heated through.
Serves 4 to 6, depending on appetite.
