Chicken Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, deboned, baked and cubed
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni herb and butter or any rice pilaf type mix
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 pkg. frozen sugar peas
    1 or 2 pkg. Alfredo sauce mix
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed.
    Prepare Alfredo sauce as directed. Place a bed of rice on serving dish; arrange chunks of chicken over top.
    Sprinkle pimentos as desired.
    Pour sauce over mound; garnish with sugar peas.
