Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery or nuts
1 c. condensed milk
Preparation

Put Jell-O in flat dish (8 x 11-inch).
Add 2 cups boiling water to Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Drain pineapple and add juice to Jell-O.
Mix pineapple, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, condensed milk and nuts or celery together.
Add to Jell-O. Refrigerate until set.
Serves 12.
