Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lentils, washed and inspected
    10 c. water
    6 pkg. George Washington broth
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion
    4 c. carrots, shredded
    2 c. fresh parsley
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 cube margarine
Preparation
    Cook lentils 30 minutes in water.
    Braise onion and garlic in oil; add to lentils with vegetables.
    Cook 45 minutes; add seasoning, margarine and lemon juice.
