Barbecued Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork chops (cut thick)
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together (can make hot).
Pour over meat and cook in dish or pan covered at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Keep meat covered with sauce while it bakes.
Can be made night before, left in sauce, then baked.
