Spinach Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. finely cut celery
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon gelatin in hot water.
    Add vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate.
    Cook, drain and cool chopped spinach.
    When jello has cooled, beat until fluffy.
    Add cottage cheese, onion, celery and spinach.
    Crushed bacon may be added. Mix together and pour into mold.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 8.
