Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
5 egg yolks
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation

Mix ingredients, adding egg whites last.
Place in three 8-inch layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
