Cheese Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese (Cheddar)
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 hamburger buns, split
Preparation

Combine cheese, eggs, catsup, onion, green pepper, olives, butter and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread on bottom half of each bun.
Broil bottom halves in broiler for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Place top halves of buns under broiler until lightly toasted.
Serve immediately.
