Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh basil leaves
4 to 6 Tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts (optional)
1 c. olive oil
2/3 c. grated Parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in container of food processor or blender and process, turning on and off until sauce is formed with small bits of basil still visible.
