Micro Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    16 to 20 chicken livers
    2 1/2 tsp. flour
    3/4 c. cooking wine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. catsup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Heat in microwave oven on Full power for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted.
    Coat liver in flour.
    Arrange in melted butter.
    Cook in microwave oven on Full power for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until livers are no longer pink.
