Seven Stars Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    salt and pepper
    water
    3 Tbsp. salad vinegar
    1/8 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Grate cucumbers (or slice thinly), salt and cover with ice water.
    Place covered in refrigerator for 3 hours.
    Drain well. Add vinegar, tarragon, pepper and sour cream to cucumbers and toss well.
    Serve with fish.
