Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked hen or fryer, boned
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 pkg. tortillas
    chicken broth
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Dice chicken into a mixing bowl and add onion, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes.
    Reserve 1 cup of cheese for topping. Add remaining cheese to chicken mixture.
    Soften tortillas in chicken broth; line a large baking dish.
    Add chicken mixture and about 1/2 cup of broth.
    Spread both cans of soup on top. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
